1 April 2014: Springtime in All Its Glory
Winter has ended, and spring is in full and glorious bloom throughout the United States, but most especially in Chicago where both flowers and people are basking in the warm sunlight and gentle breezes. Oh wait, what's today's date? APRIL FOOL!!!
Ha, ha. You got me. When I clicked on your blog and saw the lovely tulips, my first thought was, "Where did Ms. Demeanor go today to find such beautiful tulips in bloom?"
Ha ha. This picture was taken at the Chicago Botanic Gardens about five years ago. I had to dig through my old photos to find it--there certainly aren't any tulips blooming yet this year.
