28 September 2013: Has Someone Declared War on the Sweet Potato Vines?

When i first saw this pile of dirt and sweet potato vines laying on the ground
at the northeast corner of Glenwood and Farwell a few days ago,
i assumed that the planters were getting their fall make-over
with new plants for the season. But since they've now been sitting
like this for several days, i guess i was mistaken,
and this was the work of vandals.
